Bulk size seasons up to 350 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 265 lbs. of ground meat. Please note that cure is not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here. Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder, hickory powder with malto-dextrin and spice extractives, less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
